4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are confirmed or dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.


5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within the estimated time mentioned at checkout.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service.

  • Sugan Earth is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or courier issues.


6. Returns & Refunds

  • No replacements are offered once a product is delivered.

  • Refunds are provided only in case of wrong, damaged, leaked, or expired products, and must be requested within 1 day of delivery.
