  • Delays may occur due to public holidays, high order volumes, or unforeseen courier issues.


🌍 Delivery Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.

  • Delivery to remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take longer or may be cancelled and refunded if undeliverable.


💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Any additional shipping charges (if applicable for bulk orders or special zones) will be displayed at checkout.


📦 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with a tracking link.

  • You can use this to monitor your shipment status in real-time.


❗Delivery Issues

Please reach out to us at suganearth@gmail.com if:

  • Your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline

  • The tracking shows delivered, but you haven’t received it

  • The package arrives damaged

We’ll work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue promptly.


📦 Delivery Attempts & Rejections

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the package to us.

  • If a shipment is returned due to customer unavailability, address error, or refusal to accept, re-delivery may attract additional shipping fees.
