🔄 Order Cancellation (Before Confirmation)

Customers can cancel the order before it is confirmed or dispatched.

To request cancellation, email us at support@suganearth.com or contact us on WhatsApp with your order ID.

Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
💰 Refund Policy (Within 1 Day of Delivery)
You can request a refund within 1 day of receiving the order only if:

The product is damaged, leaked, or expired

You received the wrong product

🚫 No Replacement or Exchange
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer replacements or product exchanges under any circumstances.
